Cereals and Europe

 The conference is entitled: "Texture, Flavour and Taste - Key Consumer Drivers to Healthy and High Quality Cereal Products" and will be held in Germany for the first time. The symposium addresses scientists and representatives of the cereal industry. The congress serves as platform to present latest cereal research and to discuss technological and sensory aspects of cereals and cereal products with experts from all over the world. Representatives from different fields of activity, like food technologists, food chemists, nutritionists, food producers, manufacturers of laboratory equipment etc., are expected - offering a truly global and multidisciplinary perspective.

The Scientific Committee wishes to request contributions to the 3rd C&E Spring Meeting 2011. You are invited to submit an abstract for the poster sessions and/or for oral presentations.
