The Abstracts will be published online as a supplement of Cereal Foods World March 2009. They will also be printed in the conference Programme Book, which will be distributed at the meeting.
A selection of invited and plenary papers will be published as proceedings as a special supplement to Cereal Foods World. More information will follow as soon as possible.
